1-2-1 Transformational Mentoring has roots belonging in the same category as some shamanic and spiritual traditions in which the aspirant was guided through a process of gradual self-realization for the purpose of accessing spiritual realities and becoming more self-actualized.
This is a commitment towards transformation of your own life and how you view and interact with others and the world. This program consists of 12 1-hour mentoring sessions over twelve weeks. Sometimes assignments are given to facilitate the applying of what is covered in the sessions, or you may receive specific tools to work with that will enhance bringing the practical into harmony with the spiritual.
