The Winter Solstice is only five days away, and here in the Northern Hemisphere winter is...around the corner!

Here and around the planet there is much fear being employed and/or generated around the new scariant, Omicron. No, I'm not going to rant about it, because that changes nothing. We all have enough to deal with without focusing on that. What I would prefer to do is to cultivate an atmosphere in which fear becomes non-habitual and more a useful tool. Chronic anything is never healthy. Fear can help us when we genuinely need that adrenaline boost to deal with some personal emergency. Constant doom and gloom sets up our neural pathways to be in a state of paranoid vigilance constantly. That impacts our immune systems and general wellbeing on all levels.

Since we have a number of significant astrological shifts between now and Christmas Day, so for this news blurb, and the one on the 23rd I've decided to chat about it in this short audio blog. Would that be a aud-blog? Not sure.
