Stepping Back

State of the Planet Update

​It’s time. Totally time for a time out. Stepping back is so needed during these times. Space to breathe, reflect, rest, and have some fun. Recharge, re-create, and rejuvenate. Are you feeling the same?

Have your sleep patterns been erratic of late? Did you feel extra emotional during the past week? My instincts tell me that the Chiron Retrograde in Aries has finally started to take hold, while at the same time we traverse the space between two Full Moons in the same sign. More cracks in the wall, and more opportunities to grow…multidimensionally and otherwise. The windup before the second Full Moon on August 22nd will have Uranus in Taurus going retrograde August 19th. From then until October 7th all the big, transpersonal outer planets will be retrograding, moving backwards. Time for taking stock, integrating the shocks and learnings of the past 7 months. Not been an easy road by any means.

I’ll be covering more about the astrology, the energy shifts for August, and the importance of reclaiming our full humanity in the face of the digital Aquarian Era on this Sunday’s program on show “Revealing the Mysteries”.

Beginning Monday, August 2nd I will be indulging in a long-awaited three-week break from everything. There is only one more live episode for my radio show “Revealing the Mysteries” before my holiday begins… this Sunday, August 1st.  I will return to the matrix on August 23rd.

In my absence KindaSound will be airing two encore presentations, featuring the ambient guitarist and composer David Helpling. This two-part show aired in March of this year, but since he may be close to finishing his newest album, this felt like a good time to share these intimate and evocative interviews with my audience.

Then, on August 22nd, there will be a new album release from a previous guest on the show, Renee S. LeBeau. Renee’s newest project, “Sophianic Symphony” will be released on the same day as my interview with her airs. This is also the date of the second Full Moon in Aquarius. I've already heard some of the tracks, so tune in and prepare for some transformative sounds!

The last week of the month is up in the air, but I will resume the newsletter and blogging the week of the 22nd of August, so you’ll have plenty of notice.

Show Synopsis: August 2021 contains the culmination of the Blue Moon Cycle currently underway in Aquarius. Uranus turns Retrograde for six months beginning on August 20th (U.K.) and goes direct on January 19th, 2022. From now until early October all the outer planets are retrograde (Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn and Jupiter, plus Chiron). Retrogrades are a time for review and coming to grips with understanding what is happening, why it’s happening, and what needs to be done to course correct before the big spiritual planets retrograde season is complete.

The time of self-selection is here, which means as humanity is dividing itself into two streams or directions it will become increasingly difficult and uncomfortable to just sit on any fence. Three days after Uranus stations retrograde, we have a major reckoning point with the second Full Moon in Aquarius, on August 22nd. This is a pivotal moment, and I suggest that it will be a tipping point for many who are choosing love and courage over hatred and fear. The choice of which path is ours for the taking.
