State of the Planet: September 10th, 2021

Greetings Fellow Earthlings,
With all that is going on these days on Planet Earth our bodies are under stress like we’ve never known before. On one hand there are a myriad of planetary-human dramas to cope with. Then, there are the provocative influences from the increasing rate of vibrations and frequencies rising, sometimes called Ascension, and the pressure it places on our biology and mental-emotional wellbeing. Astrology is a language for interpreting a lot of this, but I’d like to only mention one thing in that regards. Last Tuesday’s New Moon in Virgo. The uptick in sunspots and other solar/Cosmic phenomena coincides with all this, producing geopathic stress.
My personal experience and the experience of those who’ve been in touch with me this past week has been one of upset stomachs, extreme fatigue, weird dreams, episodes of insomnia, irritability, feelings of spaciness and walking in a dreamlike trance, etc., etc. Between our awareness and the planetary sphere, our bodies are getting pushed and pulled in many ways. Amazing how resilient they are, until they are not. Self-care is Numero Uno during these times.
Since we currently find ourselves living inside an artificial digital reality one thing that seems to get increasingly ignored is listening to the body. Pressures at work, home, in relationships, or from medical issues cropping up, all add the noise in which it is difficult to hear what our bodies are saying. Ungroundedness is not just a symptom…it’s a warning.
We can only hear that body when we still our minds and emotions. Really get quiet. Meditation is often equated with the attainment of inner knowledge and acquiring spiritual attributes. Too often mindfulness leaves out the body and if ignored or left out of the picture long enough, they will complain. Our soul has a way to get our attention in such matters…create an illness or discomfort. This gets our attention focused right quick! “What’s wrong with me?” the mind says. “Oh my God, I might be/have (fill in the blank)!!” says the emotional body. Once it has our attention or flattens us with a cold or something more severe, we tend to force ourselves to get well so we can return to the battle. Bad idea. That was not the reason our soul/body intelligence wanted to get our attention about…so we could then plunge headlong back into the world or pressure and responsibilities too soon.
We need to slow down, take stock, and find out what messages our bodies are sending us (from our Spirit and Soul of course). Don’t hasten the healing…allow it to happen! Of course, there are many drugs and natural remedies out there. Some mask the symptoms. Some help our body’s natural capacity for healing. But we need to stop and listen to what OUR body wants and needs first, what direction to take. If the illness is a serious one, then the investigation will have to go deeper to examine how we are hurting ourselves and our bodies by living the way we do, what is in our diet, what we are thinking about, and what we are in fear about.
To make the necessary changes takes will and intention. Incorporating somatic listening (body listening) as part of our meditation or reflection routine is one answer. Another is to pay attention to where our attention is going. Messages in cyberspace via media may be one thing that we need abstinence from. Checking in to our emotions via how deeply or how shallow our breathing is another option. If you’re shallow-breathing, you’re in flight or fight mode. Low oxygenation leads to lower immune levels and a risk of all those helpful little microbes in our bodies keeping things in balance.
Lastly, I have recently discovered the magic healing properties of mushrooms, in particular Cordyceps and Turkey Tail. One or the other, or both, can help restore life force energy, reduce fatigue, boost immunity, and calm the nerves. Another nerve tonic is magnesium. If you can find Calm Natural magnesium powder, this is a great supplement.
The final helpful hint is pleasure. Do whatever helps your body, and you, to feel good. Pleasure can be in many forms, and perhaps you know already what works for you. If so, great! Doing what brings pleasure to our bodies can boost our immune systems and keep all of our systems humming along harmoniously.
One recommendation is to talk and give thanks to our bodies for all they do to support us in our journeys here. Then pet your pet, go for a massage, have a epsom salts or bubble bath, snuggle with somebody, stretch or do some yoga, have a nap...whatever it takes. Out bodies are gift from the Divine, and they truly are dependent on us as we are on them. Treat yours with love and respect, and it will pay off grandly!

We are being dehumanized in stages, and we need to vigorously claim our birthright to pleasure, connection and yes, even sexuality. A sprinkling of Tantra will also be featured. Today as I was preparing to go for my almost daily bicycle ride, I stopped to glance over at one of our two rose bushes. They are planted in a small strip of ground between our living room window and the fence, and in previous years they have not been doing so well. Poor weather is usually the culprit here in the British Isles, but forgetting the rose food is also another factor. However, during the past 3-4 weeks, they have not only been producing a prodigious number of blooms, but they’ve grown over 6 feet in height!
As I gazed upon the unique orange blossoms, I thought that how easy it is to become inured to the beauty that is so close by somewhere. For a moment in time, all my personal thoughts faded into the background, and so did all the world’s tumultuous activity. Here it was just my consciousness taking in the beauty in front of me, and I became lost in a serenity that there are no words for.
Seems we take so much for granted these days, and most of us are so preoccupied that we just don’t really take in what is right at hand in our lives. It is one thing to look, it is quite another thing to actually see what it is we’re looking at. A mere thought about the to-do list, or a worry or three, and we are turning away from the miracle in front of us and exchanging it for another task, another obligation, and another round of problem solving. If you are an entrepreneur, most likely you live that experience 24/7, and barely come up for air. Marketing, tech hassles, virtual staff issues, grumpy clients…where does it end? When does the good life begin?
It can begin when we choose to slow down enough to take stock of ourselves, check and see if we’re occupying our body instead of hovering near it, and exercise our sovereignty diligently so we honor our own feelings and space to be as we are. Yes, I know…there are obligations a plenty. Working for a paycheck with a family to support during the upheavals of the past 17 months has been a grab bag of stress. Or perhaps you or someone you know has a health condition, or a psychological one. None of this we are experiencing is easy, and we can be so focused on survival mode that we overlook so much that there is to appreciate.
I have a very good book about spiritual seeking call “Doing Nothing” by Steven Harrison. It’s focus is on the modern quest for enlightenment and peace, but many of his perspectives could easily be applied to more mundane matters. The other book which I have not read, but recently ordered, is entitled “How to be Idle” by Tom Hodgkinson. The Puritan work ethic, or the work ethic imposed by a jealous God in the Old Testament (“…by the sweat of thy brow shall you earn your bread…”) set the human race on a high-stress path of exertion with a future promise of reward and comfort. The entire dogma of the Abrahamic religions is centered on a perfect hereafter, if we are all good boys and girls that is.
What is discouraged more today then ever before is that to be idle, or decide to withdraw from the Rat Race, is to be a reactionary. Someone who is anti-societal, and not to be trusted. For a raw example, read this recent article about loafing in China that appeared in the Guardian UK. In China it’s becoming a “thing” and they call it “lying flat”.
At this New Moon in Cancer take an inventory about your own life. Where do you over-commit? Where do you over-give? How do you cope with low grade anxiety or moments of high stress? Are you happy and peaceful, or anxious and fearful? Are you in your body, and loving your body, or not?
Here’s something to ponder - when there’s a lot of cortisol pumping through our bodies we are incapable of rational decision making. The cost for this is multi-dimensional too, and as Dr. Gabor Mate’s states, trauma or living with trauma is the single biggest cause for disease…period!
Your physical and psychic boundaries are yours to employ and maintain. No one else will do it for you. We are empowered, we are capable, and it is not selfish to be concerned with one’s own harmony and wellbeing. Slow down, breathe and look around. What do you see? There’s beauty within and without to appreciate. Remember it often.

Show Synopsis: On July 14th 1789 the starving and dispossessed citizenry of Paris, France rose up against the ruling class and feudal system. What followed over the next 4 years was a sincere effort to redress the grievances, but unfortunately a Committee for Public Safety was formed which instigated a Reign of Terror resulting in the arrest of 300,000 and over 25,000 deaths, including the king and queen.
Today we are immersed in an atmosphere of terror that is being orchestrated by a global committee for public safety - the medical establishment. The M. O. is fear. Asking questions is now discouraged, truths are being suppressed and censored, and individual liberties are being removed. If we are to grow beyond this moment and come out the other side, we will need to dig deep and call upon our courage. We can inspire many to actualize a new path for humanity. You and I are the Solution, and there are higher spiritual powers we can employ Time to recognize and claim that inner power. Through our courage and healing the Earth is renewed.

the State of the Planet Update

Back on September 11th, 2001 I was sleeping peacefully at my lover’s home in Eugene, Oregon. In a moment we were abruptly awakened by the phone ringing. She picked it up and her face turned to horror as a friend back in Virginia alerted us to the attacks on the World Trade Center complex in New York City. As she listened, he told her about the collapse of the South Tower as it happened before his eyes. In my head, I heard the words “It’s all a setup…do not lapse into fear.” We got up, showered quickly and dressed, and headed over to my house to watch thing unfold on my roommate’s big screen television.
Watching the constant reruns of the towers going down, hearing the chatter between reporters and cameramen and the hosts in various newsrooms, I could not shake the feeling that I was being brainwashed. After two hours, the numbness and shock set in, and we could not watch another moment. My senses were in overwhelm and I felt assaulted. I had to go out into Nature to regain my bearings. After much reflection and quiet, I restored my connection to my inner guidance and to that place in Universal Love that let me know that everything was okay.
Shortly afterwards I had to fly back to Virginia to conduct a mystery school workshop, and I was able to go to the airport, and fly on a mostly empty jet to the East Coast. Nothing got to me during that journey or the one back. The searches and pat downs, the automatic weapons being carried by guards in the airport…none of mattered to me. Of course, I did not believe the official story for one second and I knew that like the JFK event, this was an engineered act. After all, my inner voice confirmed that within seconds of my knowledge of 9/11 happening. I was saddened by the loss of life that day, and I knew that many more would lose their lives in the aftermath. I could not prevent any of what happened, nor what was to come. However, I also would not allow myself to be shifted from that solid ground of my own spirit.
In the middle of March of 2020, we all experienced a new 9/11, but one that would reverberate around the planet. After JFK, MLK, RFK, the Vietnam War (almost got sent over), Gulf War 1, 9/11, the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, the shock of Brexit and Trump, and now Covid-19, it has been one step up of chaos fear each time. Now the ‘enemy’ is supposedly and invisible one. Well, that is metaphorically closer to the mark than most realize, but that is also a discussion for another time. Today, I wish to focus on what we can do, indeed must do, to mitigate this irrational blanket of fear and the division it fosters. We need to find and cultivate the reminders that this world is not a dangerous place, that we do have a choice in how we wish to feel about our lives, and we also have a choice to empower ourselves so that we do not succumb to the merchants of fear.
The first place to begin is the issue of trust. This is tied to self-empowerment in significant ways. Do you trust yourself? Do you trust in God-Goddess-Creator-Universe? Do you trust your own body and the divine intelligence within it? Do you trust Nature? Did you know that there is a world ‘out there’ that is unaffected by the headlines? Trust is the cornerstone. When I was channelling, AA Ariel use to bang on about faith. “Faith is the science of knowing. If you know you are safe, that you are loved, that you are more powerful and creative than your ego mind would have you believe, then you would joyfully live a life of risk. You would know that you are eternal, even if the body and personality is not. Know that and you are free.” She was not advocating blind faith, but a faith anchored in the realm of the Absolute. I like that, and always have.
Those who are in deep fear these days have forgotten these principles, these foundational truths. They trust the science they say, but science is an imperfect set of postulates and theories, most of which arose from a study of biology and chemistry based on a mechanistic perception of Nature. Nature is not a machine, but machine-based intellects will always see that and nothing more. Your body is living physical evidence of the holographic energetic signature of your soul and its extensive combined experiences with others and the Universe at large. We are “integral” with the fabric of Creation, not mere objects in space observing what is happening, or thinking it is all happening to us or because of us. It is both/and!
I recommend looking past the appearances of the current theatre of chaos and spend a bit of time with the beauty of your own being, the beauty in Nature, the wonder of the stars above (try to ignore those satellites) and look with awe at the tiniest of creatures that are out in your garden or the woods living and loving no matter what calamities seem to be unfolding in the human drama. I am not saying to ignore what has been happening, but to make a clear space away from it on a regular basis so that you might begin to trust Life, your life, and this entire experience we are living through. As improbable as this may sound, ultimately you and I chose to be here at this time.
Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder, but it is also a quality that stands on its own and does not depend on our observation. Desiring to see beauty even in adversity, will help us to manage what it is we are all doing. We all yearn for a better experience. Perhaps it is not so far-fetched to imagine re-visioning and re-creating the Earth as a Paradise, and new Eden. Finally, we are not ever alone. Prayer does work, and as the call for aid and understanding goes out it is always answered back in some form. Since we do not know what we do not know, a beginner’s mind and childlike trust is essential. It also helps to be as wise as an owl, so we never allow ourselves to have that trust abused ever again.

Times of crisis are like novel super-learning curves. They just will not leave us alone…or so it seems. I myself, possibly you, and the world at large appears to be suffering inside a nightmare that has no apparent end. Not all is lost however, we still have access to something beyond the noise and discord.
Step with me into an hour of immersion with Source Consciousness and Sophia the Planetary Wisdom Goddess, dreaming things into being through love and magic…allowing ourselves to drop our shoulders, drop our defences and once again remind ourselves that we are never alone in any struggle. Reminding ourselves of how divine our humanity is. We no longer can afford to place our sovereign natures into the hands of external authority, no matter how well-intentioned it appears to be.
If we want a new world, a new Eden, we will have to stand up for it. However, it begins with where our alignment rests. If that is sitting with fear and anxiety, then that will be our experience. If we select beauty, awe, and connection, then anything can be possible. Even a new Eden. Let us play!

“If you learn music, you'll learn most all there is to know.” – Edgar Cayce, America’s Sleeping Prophet
Music and the sound of the human voice are very compelling mediums for the direct transmission of deeper spiritual truths and a wide variety of emotional states. In this dimension of duality, we are constantly immersed in a symphony of sound from cradle to grave. Our mother’s voice (and the attending nurses or doctors) are one of the first sounds we are exposed to. At our transition from this life, the voice of a relative or loved one may be the last thing that lingers in the memory of our soul.
Edgar Cayce’s quote above wasn’t his only one regarding music or sound. He also stated that “music is the bridge between the Infinite and the finite.” There are dimensions of sound that reach beyond the physical world as well. Anyone can dream, and in our dreams we hear people speaking, sounds of the surroundings, even music, and all without the benefit of eardrums or auditory nervous system. Speaking of dreaming music…that was one of the ways that the famous German composer Ludwig Von Beethoven wrote most of his greatest symphonies late in his life. He’d gone deaf but would wake up in the middle of the night hearing entire orchestral arrangements and busily wrote them down on music staff paper. The 9th Symphony was composed this way, and he conducted this complex piece without hearing a single note of it! I believe he heard it though, with his inner ears.
The vocal range and timbre (tonal quality) varies dramatically from one person to the next. Some people’s voices soothe while others irritate. Some persons possess a speaking or singing voice that seems somehow heavenly or comforting. Heart Resonance research is discovering strong neural links between the hearts and throats of some people, and in some cases the voices of these individuals are a carrier-wave of their heart frequency.
Conversely, the experiments by Robert Monroe, founder of the Monroe Institute, determined that music and sound could have therapeutic applications as well as enhance brainwave states and levels of conscious experience. His Hemi-Sync recordings are quite well known for integrating the right and left hemispheres of the brain, bypassing the corpus callosum, an altering consciousness, thereby enhancing dreaming and even facilitating out-of-the-body experiences.
Many mystic and shamanic traditions already knew this. Use of rhythmic drumming alongside other instruments could elevate shamanic states. Sometimes the use of psychotropic plants was also involved. In most cases though, drumming alone can induce deep changes in one’s psyche, and bring up and heal emotional traumas. I experienced such a transformation myself when participating in an Ojibwa sweat lodge ceremony. I had a deer antler to beat the dirt floor with in time with the other participants collection of rattles and hand drums. Very powerful indeed! I went through a 90-day detox afterwards.
Music coupled with the human voice has also been a centrepiece of spiritual rituals and practices for much of humankind’s history. Chanting, vocalisations, lyrics with music, they all have been employed to bring us closer to a sense of the Divine within us, and in the Universe. In our times, guided meditations, music for relaxation, somatic therapies or massage hve become a huge part of the planetary awakening and healing processes. The boundaries between cultures and traditional eras have crumbled both in pop, worldbeat and trance music, as much as it has in alternative therapies. Our sonic palettes have expanded to include electronic beats and textures. When we activate our throat center, and cultivate the connection to our heart and sacral, the invocation to the sacredness in all life blooms.
Personally I am fascinated by sounds of the natural world. The ambience of a forest with myriad bird and insect sound, wind in the tree canopy, or water coursing in its banks, all provide a rich backdrop for getting in touch within and appreciating the diverse realm of Nature. In my recording work, I like to employ sounds from outside as much as possible, as this helps us to naturally attune to the planetary pulse, the Schumann Resonance, or a bio-electromagnetic field of Gaia. I also rely on ambient music to unwind and center, and favour the new legions of guitarists creating sound beds and dream beds that have a deep emotional core. I’m first and foremost an electric guitarist and taught myself how to play and compose on a synthesizer. My home digital recording studio is no replacement for playing live with other musicians, but it has been an incubator for my personal compositions and produced my one and only CD with it. From around 2012 I occasionally dabbled with helping alternative therapists, counsellors and coaches to create their own guided meditations, online tutorials, or soundtracks for video.
Then something happened two years ago during a time I was in a slump and feeling like I’d lost something vital to myself. A quick session with an amazing Tarot reader in Dublin set me straight. She sternly stated how important playing music and sharing my musical gifts were, and how I’d been lazy about it. Her words brought tears of longing to my eyes, and I remembered what a powerful force for self-expression and losing one’s egocentric perception playing my guitar was for me. She encouraged me to join a band, play a few gigs, and have some fun. I also started offering my recording engineering and producer skills to the healers and counsellors again too.
Well, here I am in the fifth month of the year, and I’m once again helping others to realize their creative and professional dreams to put their voice and vision out there through the medium of voice and sound and on video.

Well, the final installment of this series had a to take a backseat to preparations for our Yule feasting and fellowship with family. The rest of 2018 was spent in hibernation from virtually everything. Usually my week between the Solstice and New Year’s is spent visiting with friends, going shopping, or recovering in general from too much food and libations. This time it’s been spent in deep quiet, including naps, old movies, a brief overnighter to a nearby hotel and spa, with some walks and swimming. But frankly, it feels like a big sigh of relief that 2018 will be fading into the rear-view mirror of life soon.
So, what about 2019? What will it bring, and more importantly, how should we prepare for it? I will present a very in-depth 2019 forecast sometime during the first half of January, a throwback to my old “state of the planet” posts, which will cover the current energies and what we can expect for the first six months or so. What I’m going to cover here is more about preparing the ground, so to speak. I know that most of you like to create a vision for the next 12 months and make your intentions. All well and good, and it is quite important to be clear about what it is you are letting go of from 2018, and what you’d like to experience next. However, I will suggest that this next year and the one after will be a bit less about personal achievements as you’ve known it, and more about discovering what your consummate role and mission as a soul is in concert with the Whole for the decade ahead. It’s prepping for the long term, not just the short.
7 Steps for Sanctuary Maintenance
The first thing we will be doing for ourselves is visioning and writing down the intentions and priorities for 2019 that we consciously choose. Part of this is to shift into a higher degree of self-care on all levels. Since the frequency and pace of things will continue to ramp up, it will become increasingly necessary to cultivate good strategies for the proper functioning of our bodies, minds, and souls. In times of lots of change a firm foundation begins with maintenance. I’m calling it “sanctuary maintenance”, which refers to all aspects of our human lives on this planet – physical, environmental, electromagnetic, psychic, mental and emotional.
The primary ingredient is to make a choice to align deeper with the Earth via Nature and our bodies/mind system. The divine planetary intelligence (Sophia) is our gateway to the higher realms of luminosity that is Source. Easy to do this…very easy in fact. But it will take some transformational steps. Real mastery is in how you choose to align with what supports Life, and in removing what isn't healthy for you. Real sovereignty is the empowerment to make the changes you feel are right for you, so pick and choose from the list below what you sense is appropriate for you.
1. Spiritual: Decide to spend more quiet time each day either meditating or deep breathing, and silently intention to expand your understanding of your role here. We, of ourselves, are all deeply connected spiritual beings already, all the time. What gets in the way is the noise and static we create or surround ourselves with. Even 5 minutes here or there, especially when you notice your body is tense or you are clenching (holding) in some way will benefit.
2. Your body sanctuary: Connect with Nature more, either by taking walks, communing with pets, doing more deep breathing, and tuning into what the body really wants in the way of rest, nutrition, or supplements. Grounding and earthing are always a useful technique. I’ve included a document to download for this below. Diet and the food we consume now is very much a part of this. We’ve gone completely vegetarian the last 9 months, and are leaning towards vegan, and the shift in consciousness and body awareness is noticeable. The benefits of little or no meat consumption is very helpful in reducing climate disruption and excess pollution. We’ve even lost weight without dieting!
3. Digital detox (all levels): Do this for longer than a few days! I plan to turn my smartphone into a dumbphone, by removing and/or disabling a load of apps at the first of the year. I’m being extremely serious about reducing social media and internet time down to the bare minimum. Unless you need these tools for your work/career, try to keep your personal screen time to virtually nothing for a few days a week. Notice when your where your addiction kicks in, then gently and lovingly ask yourself to go a few more hours or days without checking your phone apps.
4. Mental sanctuary: The mind and brain don’t have a firewall! Find some sort of protection from EMF and EMR (electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic radiation) for yourself and your devices and use them. We use a product called energyDots from here in the U.K. and they really do work! Again, grounding to the Earth is one of the best ways to cancel out EMF induced stress in our cellular structures and central nervous systems.
5. Emotional detoxing. Are there certain individuals or social situations that leave you feeling drained or irritated? Well, it may be time to set better boundaries, call a time-out, or disengage entirely. Which is more important; your spiritual and emotional peace of mind or pleasing others? Another source of emotional toxicity is in refusing to feel things, which then build up to a crisis point and manifest in unpredictable ways. Long term EMF exposure and information overload can numb us out and reduce empathetic awareness. EFT (emotional freedom technique) is one method, or just get in touch with the emotion of the moment and experience it lovingly and consciously. Sometimes though, a deep emotional response is due to something the collective consciousness is experiencing, or it can be induced by solar or geomagnetic activity. Stop and ask yourself, “is this mine?”. Employing kinesiology techniques correctly will always provide you with the answer you seek.
6. Psychic Maintenance: This is important now and will only become even more so as we move forwards. Unless you’re living off-grid and aren’t online, then you’ll know what I mean. The collective consciousness matrix is very strong, and maintaining a solid ground and connection with one’s core isn’t at all easy when you’re immersed in the amount of digitized and hyperdimensional information we’re swimming in. Performing personal clearing and spiritual hygiene is essential. Sometimes earthing will do the trick, or have a sea salt or Epsom salts bath with some lavender oil thrown in. Smudging with cedar sage is effective, and with dragon’s blood resin, even more so. Try new techniques too…as older ones don’t evolve with the times. Email me if you require more assistance.
7. Environmental maintenance: Your home is your sanctuary, so tend to it. Do you have plants in it? Do you keep it clean and well-organized? Does it feel fully like “your” space, your home? If not, populate it with art or icons that reflects and invokes the type of emotional, physical, psychic, mental and spiritual feeling you want in yourself. Recommend you avoid CFL or LED light bulbs too! Compact fluorescent bulbs off-gas mercury and other toxins as they age. LED’s are notoriously bad for melatonin hormone production, as the emphasis on blue spectrum light affects the pineal gland in the brain (which is our 3rd Eye in traditional mysticism and is also find in our cerebrospinal fluid).
I’m offering this information here because for establishing a stronger spiritual connection within and with the natural forces in the world is essential in order to become attuned to the actual truth about what is happening, even if those truths are uncomfortable or disconcerting. Better a painful truth, then continuing to believe in sweet-sounding lies.
Artificial-everything and fraud is rampant, and simulations are becoming so pervasive as to convince us that this IS the new reality we want. Quite simply, it isn’t. Technology, or the addiction to it, is distancing us further from our primary spiritual and biological orientations, and it creates trauma bonding to things rather than healthy, thriving connections to organic Life in all its beautiful diversity. Becoming more sensitive to our bodies, our deeper needs, other people, animals, plants, stones, and the rhythms of Nature creates health on all levels and ensures our mutual survival.
Finally, I highly recommend trying out the following exercise sometime before January 11th. Simply get quiet and sit in meditation for a few minutes. Have a pen and paper handy. Breathe deeply. Once you’re relaxed, start with reviewing 2018. Think about the plusses and minuses you experienced. What was your biggest joy? What was your hardest challenge, and what was your biggest learning? After a few minutes, open your eyes and write these down. I made a page with “+” on one side and minus sign the other and list these things in order of importance from the top-down.
Next, get back into the silence again…this time focusing on the present moment. How do you feel in yourself? Check your emotional-mental temperature. Can you feel your Heart and Soul, and if not, why? What would you like to change in how you feel, and what can your Soul give you to do that? Finally, what do you need or want to let go of from 2018 and the years leading up to it? When you’re done, open your eyes and write that all down.
Now we come to 2019. Go into the silence once more. Now see yourself on January 1st, 2020. Looking back over 2019, what are the highlights of the year? What did you overcome or accomplish? Where did you really shine? How did it feel? Free up your feelings and imagination to imagine that life you lived during this year as if it’s already happened! Now, finally, what singular thing that you received from your future self that helped you to experience the wonders of your life in 2019? After a few more minutes, open your eyes and write all of what you saw and felt down.
There, that is your Plan for 2019…in a nutshell.
