![]() By Isaac George January 2nd, 2019 Well, the final installment of this series had a to take a backseat to preparations for our Yule feasting and fellowship with family. The rest of 2018 was spent in hibernation from virtually everything. Usually my week between the Solstice and New Year’s is spent visiting with friends, going shopping, or recovering in general from too much food and libations. This time it’s been spent in deep quiet, including naps, old movies, a brief overnighter to a nearby hotel and spa, with some walks and swimming. But frankly, it feels like a big sigh of relief that 2018 will be fading into the rear-view mirror of life soon. So, what about 2019? What will it bring, and more importantly, how should we prepare for it? I will present a very in-depth 2019 forecast sometime during the first half of January, a throwback to my old “state of the planet” posts, which will cover the current energies and what we can expect for the first six months or so. What I’m going to cover here is more about preparing the ground, so to speak. I know that most of you like to create a vision for the next 12 months and make your intentions. All well and good, and it is quite important to be clear about what it is you are letting go of from 2018, and what you’d like to experience next. However, I will suggest that this next year and the one after will be a bit less about personal achievements as you’ve known it, and more about discovering what your consummate role and mission as a soul is in concert with the Whole for the decade ahead. It’s prepping for the long term, not just the short. 7 Steps for Sanctuary Maintenance The first thing we will be doing for ourselves is visioning and writing down the intentions and priorities for 2019 that we consciously choose. Part of this is to shift into a higher degree of self-care on all levels. Since the frequency and pace of things will continue to ramp up, it will become increasingly necessary to cultivate good strategies for the proper functioning of our bodies, minds, and souls. In times of lots of change a firm foundation begins with maintenance. I’m calling it “sanctuary maintenance”, which refers to all aspects of our human lives on this planet – physical, environmental, electromagnetic, psychic, mental and emotional. The primary ingredient is to make a choice to align deeper with the Earth via Nature and our bodies/mind system. The divine planetary intelligence (Sophia) is our gateway to the higher realms of luminosity that is Source. Easy to do this…very easy in fact. But it will take some transformational steps. Real mastery is in how you choose to align with what supports Life, and in removing what isn't healthy for you. Real sovereignty is the empowerment to make the changes you feel are right for you, so pick and choose from the list below what you sense is appropriate for you. 1. Spiritual: Decide to spend more quiet time each day either meditating or deep breathing, and silently intention to expand your understanding of your role here. We, of ourselves, are all deeply connected spiritual beings already, all the time. What gets in the way is the noise and static we create or surround ourselves with. Even 5 minutes here or there, especially when you notice your body is tense or you are clenching (holding) in some way will benefit. 2. Your body sanctuary: Connect with Nature more, either by taking walks, communing with pets, doing more deep breathing, and tuning into what the body really wants in the way of rest, nutrition, or supplements. Grounding and earthing are always a useful technique. I’ve included a document to download for this below. Diet and the food we consume now is very much a part of this. We’ve gone completely vegetarian the last 9 months, and are leaning towards vegan, and the shift in consciousness and body awareness is noticeable. The benefits of little or no meat consumption is very helpful in reducing climate disruption and excess pollution. We’ve even lost weight without dieting! 3. Digital detox (all levels): Do this for longer than a few days! I plan to turn my smartphone into a dumbphone, by removing and/or disabling a load of apps at the first of the year. I’m being extremely serious about reducing social media and internet time down to the bare minimum. Unless you need these tools for your work/career, try to keep your personal screen time to virtually nothing for a few days a week. Notice when your where your addiction kicks in, then gently and lovingly ask yourself to go a few more hours or days without checking your phone apps. 4. Mental sanctuary: The mind and brain don’t have a firewall! Find some sort of protection from EMF and EMR (electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic radiation) for yourself and your devices and use them. We use a product called energyDots from here in the U.K. and they really do work! If you need help assistance with obtaining some, just email me for more information and pricing if you live outside the U.K. I’ve also included a document below about the effects of geomagnetic stress on the human body. Again, grounding to the Earth is one of the best ways to cancel out EMF induced stress in our cellular structures and central nervous systems. 5. Emotional detoxing. Are there certain individuals or social situations that leave you feeling drained or irritated? Well, it may be time to set better boundaries, call a time-out, or disengage entirely. Which is more important; your spiritual and emotional peace of mind or pleasing others? Another source of emotional toxicity is in refusing to feel things, which then build up to a crisis point and manifest in unpredictable ways. Long term EMF exposure and information overload can numb us out and reduce empathetic awareness. EFT (emotional freedom technique) is one method, or just get in touch with the emotion of the moment and experience it lovingly and consciously. Sometimes though, a deep emotional response is due to something the collective consciousness is experiencing, or it can be induced by solar or geomagnetic activity. Stop and ask yourself, “is this mine?”. Employing kinesiology techniques correctly will always provide you with the answer you seek. 6. Psychic Maintenance: This is important now and will only become even more so as we move forwards. Unless you’re living off-grid and aren’t online, then you’ll know what I mean. The collective consciousness matrix is very strong, and maintaining a solid ground and connection with one’s core isn’t at all easy when you’re immersed in the amount of digitized and hyperdimensional information we’re swimming in. Performing personal clearing and spiritual hygiene is essential. Sometimes earthing will do the trick, or have a sea salt or Epsom salts bath with some lavender oil thrown in. Smudging with cedar sage is effective, and with dragon’s blood resin, even more so. Try new techniques too…as older ones don’t evolve with the times. Email me if you require more assistance. 7. Environmental maintenance: Your home is your sanctuary, so tend to it. Do you have plants in it? Do you keep it clean and well-organized? Does it feel fully like “your” space, your home? If not, populate it with art or icons that reflects and invokes the type of emotional, physical, psychic, mental and spiritual feeling you want in yourself. Recommend you avoid CFL or LED light bulbs too! Compact fluorescent bulbs off-gas mercury and other toxins as they age. LED’s are notoriously bad for melatonin hormone production, as the emphasis on blue spectrum light affects the pineal gland in the brain (which is our 3rd Eye in traditional mysticism and is also find in our cerebrospinal fluid). I’m offering this information here because for establishing a stronger spiritual connection within and with the natural forces in the world is essential in order to become attuned to the actual truth about what is happening, even if those truths are uncomfortable or disconcerting. Better a painful truth, then continuing to believe in sweet-sounding lies. Artificial-everything and fraud is rampant, and simulations are becoming so pervasive as to convince us that this IS the new reality we want. Quite simply, it isn’t. Technology, or the addiction to it, is distancing us further from our primary spiritual and biological orientations, and it creates trauma bonding to things rather than healthy, thriving connections to organic Life in all its beautiful diversity. Becoming more sensitive to our bodies, our deeper needs, other people, animals, plants, stones, and the rhythms of Nature creates health on all levels and ensures our mutual survival. Finally, I highly recommend trying out the following exercise sometime before January 11th. Simply get quiet and sit in meditation for a few minutes. Have a pen and paper handy. Breathe deeply. Once you’re relaxed, start with reviewing 2018. Think about the plusses and minuses you experienced. What was your biggest joy? What was your hardest challenge, and what was your biggest learning? After a few minutes, open your eyes and write these down. I made a page with “+” on one side and minus sign the other and list these things in order of importance from the top-down. Next, get back into the silence again…this time focusing on the present moment. How do you feel in yourself? Check your emotional-mental temperature. Can you feel your Heart and Soul, and if not, why? What would you like to change in how you feel, and what can your Soul give you to do that? Finally, what do you need or want to let go of from 2018 and the years leading up to it? When you’re done, open your eyes and write that all down. Now we come to 2019. Go into the silence once more. Now see yourself on January 1st, 2020. Looking back over 2019, what are the highlights of the year? What did you overcome or accomplish? Where did you really shine? How did it feel? Free up your feelings and imagination to imagine that life you lived during this year as if it’s already happened! Now, finally, what singular thing that you received from your future self that helped you to experience the wonders of your life in 2019? After a few more minutes, open your eyes and write all of what you saw and felt down. There, that is your Plan for 2019…in a nutshell. If I can be of assistance to you in realizing more of your True Self and come more fully into a deep alignment with your core desires and sacred role in the world, then click on the link below to explore how we might work together to bring it into your experience in 2019. Commit to your soul, your humanity, and to your home…this Earth. The Slow Life isn’t dull, it’s just a metaphor for changing your perceptions to see the beauty that is in you, and that can be created in the world around you. If you don’t slow down, you may just miss out on the best that Life has to offer. ![]() by Isaac George Dec.20th, 2017 “The greatest teacher, failure is.” – Yoda, from “The Last Jedi” Solstice Greetings, This week is a significant one. It started off with G1 geomagnetic storm and the New Moon at the degree of the Galactic Center (26 degrees of Sagittarius), and it will finish with the Sun moving from Sagittarius into Capricorn on Friday. Of course, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day follows, but today through the end of this week is where the main action is happening, along with two other noteworthy elements: the end of the current Mercury retrograde, and big daddy Saturn changing signs and moving into its own domain of Capricorn. It’s intriguing how much more awareness there is now around the various influences that affect our consciousness in our lives. Our psyches do have to contend with so much in our modern post-industrialized world, especially versus our even recent ancestors from 250 years ago. From the impact of the Internet and social media, to the disintegration and breakdown of political, economic, religious, social structures everywhere. Our ecological crisis is one that is also at play just now, and which will vie for more of our attention as the years pass. While living on this planet we are facing earthly, astrological, and cosmic influences that are always around us and involved in our evolutionary condition, physical or otherwise. I also must include the “hidden” influences from interdimensional and hyper dimensional realms, and those that populate them. This does not imply that any influence is either entirely bad or good. Some are helpful, and others less decidedly so. We also can view such phenomena from either a victim perspective, or as one empowered to change our individual destiny. We may even to bend and break some of the accepted rules or beliefs, even so-called cosmic laws.
There are limits however, to what is ours to change, and what need to surrender to. If we hang on too tightly to anything, it can become another loop, destined to replay itself in some other way or lifetime, until we learn the lesson and integrate it. Essentially, that’s the nature of this level of “reality”. I call it the Loopy Looper effect. If you’ve experienced some déjà vu on some issue from your past cropping up repeatedly, you know what I mean. It also validates the adage: “history repeats itself.” To acknowledge the power of certain cyclic loops is useful – if you understand that they are just that…markers in the time continuum. Although cycles are part of the realm of Nature, try to look at those cycles as a spiral moving upwards, or at least sideways through space and time…like a wormhole. This differs somewhat from the loopiness that humans unconsciously create. The difference is that the planet is also alive, sentient and auto-poetic. Auto-poetic means to have the ability to dream or emanate into manifestation an intent or thought. We also possess this gift, but usually our personality gets fixated in separation and survival mode, and we miss the greater possibilities and potentials for using the gift for wisdom and self-knowledge in service to all life. That’s another story though. The Solstices are markers in the spiralling cycle, as are the Equinoxes. They are congruent and harmonious points in by which balance is maintained. Equilibrium is the primary function of all energy systems. Therefore, the Law of Attraction must function in tandem with the Law of Repulsion. And Enlightenment isn’t so much a goal as it is a state of beingness that is at the still point or balance. It arises as a natural outcome of making the shadow, our “endarkenment”, conscious. The veils are dissolved, and we just “know” what there is to know. By the way, this truth is given a high priority in the latest film in the Star Wars saga, so if you go see it, watch, and listen closely. The Winter Solstice is oft called the “return of the Light” because the shortest of days is reached, and then the days of sunlight in the Northern Hemisphere get longer until the time of the Summer Solstice. Astrologically and in the pagan lore it is the preparation time for the planting of new seeds next spring. The Winter Solstice in this year has a few new wrinkles to it. Saturn, Lord of Time, Cause and Effect, Limitation and Matter enters its rulership in Capricorn until December 2020. Capricorn represents organizations: governments and institutions, banking, economics, rules, and regulations of all types. The last time Saturn was at 0.00 degrees of Capricorn was November 1988. If you were alive then, what was happening at that time for you? What was in the headlines? The other new wrinkle to watch for will occur next May when Uranus leaves Aries and enters another Earth sign – Taurus. What all this will feel like for the next six months is a kind of weaning (whether voluntary or not) from virtual reality mechanisms, social media, digital domination, and any airy-fairy spiritual bypassing. In other words, the message is “get real!” The pushback by carbon-based oxygen breathing organic souls (us) against the Silicon Gods is already in motion, and it will gain momentum. That’s the first awakening of 2018. Old leaders, idols and false heroes will be exposed and fall. The golden calf will be found out, and its counterfeit. Taking responsibility is also a Saturnian theme. However, our human conditioning is loaded with the guilt-driven forms of responsibility we were brainwashed with from childhood. Some of this brainwashing is also evident in spiritual and religious programming as well. Obeying all the rules and never questioning anything will always end up in a blind alley. Uranus in Taurus will guarantee that never happens. We are invited to delve into the higher levels of meaning of the word responsibility. The responsibility I’m speaking to here is about being responsible about your awakening process, and assisting others to awaken from the false light and fear that is rampant on this planet. It’s a process, and no one can predict the timeline nor the possible outcomes. We can only take responsibility for what is reasonable and fair to ourselves and those within our vicinity. Break it down: Response-ability. We best learn our mastery through our failures. The ability to respond to failures is the seed of real success. We are luminous beings of Light, and our souls are truly innocent. However, I feel that the word “soul” is been bandied about heavily over the last half decade, and over-used by folks to re-brand their online businesses, etc. The words “god” or “Spirit”, and even “goddess” has faded into the background. Why? Perhaps we are a bit too over-focused on our psyche, self-reflecting on what our soul wants, or the traumas our souls remember and struggle to resolve, even though it may not be the highest source of wisdom and guidance available. The end of our innocence isn’t about losing our innocence as it is about losing our naivete’. We can no longer prevent, avoid or delay waking up fully, and seeing those things we don’t want to look at, whether outside of us or within us. The exposure of sexual predation recently is only one “tip of the iceberg” of the spiritual and psychic predatory agendas that have kept humanity in victimhood, separation, and fear for thousands of years. The hidden can no longer be hidden. It’s symptomatic of the end of this cycle, the Kali Yuga or whatever, and the potentiality of a different outcome arises each day when we arise, and choose differently. The power of choice is what I began these December blogs with. When we merge our power of choice with our divine instincts, then that alignment will assist us to emanate and actualize our ideal next steps in this experience. I suggest that your desires, intentions, wishes and dreams all carry the caveat “for my highest and best good, and the highest and best good of all.” Stay balanced and grounded and find the still point within when the times get crazy. Just remembered something that the American sleeping prophet and seer Edgar Cayce said: “If you can still pray, then you’re in good shape. If you can’t pray, then you are really in trouble.” Wishing you all the best for the Solstice, the holiday season, and blessings for a 2018 full of joy, opportunity, peace, and happiness. We may still be very busy with our work, or perhaps raising a family and so forth, but suddenly there are even more tasks and lists to deal with! You may notice that this cycle is repeated each and every year, but you might find less and less patience with it, or you'd like to find some way to just relax, and stop running yourself ragged. The holidays can also be a social pressure-cooker, one in which old hurts or losses may arise. When these are added in its hard to find much to celebrate or be thankful for. Perhaps you need to refresh your spirit, and learn a different way for yourself? Relaxation is an art. We've forgotten much of this art, mostly because of our modern society and the influx and intrusion of so much technology into our daily lives. Electrostress is a real culprit in robbing our bodies of vitality and aliveness, while also feeling relaxed and centered at the same time. The background EMF fields or our smartphones put us into a flight or fight response we may not be aware of. But our bodies sure are reacting! Our "work ethic" is also another stress point. We are expected to perform, to be productive, or somehow we're we feel we're not contributing or being effective enough. This is unheard of in indigenous cultures. The idea of "work" isn't even a word in some of these cultures. Feeling really connected to yourself, and to anything you could deem greater han your chatterbox mind, is the only remedy for so much of what ails us. Discovering our divinity, or the Divine within, and getting in touch with our souls and bodies, is a habit that needs to be started, cultivated and maintained as the starting point for each day. Your immune system depends on it, for if we maintain the tension, our immunity can't protect us from even the common cold. I've specialized in many energy modalities, guided meditations, intuitive spiritual guidance and more since 1997, and the one thing I know that is at the core of whole health is the art of relaxing. Sometimes what is needed is for me to assist someone to discover the source of their anxiety and then listen deeply so he or she can unburden's themselves of some old grief, or grievance. Another person may simply need help with how to make a conscious and loving decision for themselves around some important life matter. In another instance some personal or professional crisis propels someone to want to know how to access something greater than themselves, in order to discover their core purpose and deeper meaning and peace in their life...to find Spirit. My role is to guide my clients into whatever is most needed for them, so that they discover their own answers and their own rhythms. This is a work in progress, or journey of self-discovery...not a one-off reading or predictive art. Whatever it is that my clients are confronted with, my primary role is to create a secure and powerful space in which they can rediscover the art of relaxation...to cultivate the sanctuary within. Once that's established, the real work can progress organically. If any of this resonates with you, and you desire to move from the place in life you currently find yourself into a more peaceful, creative, satisfying and fulfilling experience, then just contact me by clicking here and set up a free call to explore your needs and deepest dreams. I only have a few spaces available for my Spiritual Mentoring program starting in January, so I recommend booking your appointment now. With love, and blessings for the Solstice and however you celebrate the season, Isaac ![]() by Isaac George June 30th, 2017 You may have been experiencing and on-again, off-again crisis mode this past week or so, as there are a number of factors involved. Some are the general breakdowns globally, both politically, economically, socially and ecologically. Other influences are astro-events such as the Chiron Retrograde which began July 1st, Mercury in Cancer first opposing Pluto on June 29th, followed by Mars opposing Pluto on July 1st. And the Inuit Eskimo astro-goddess Sedna squared the Nodal Axis of Leo-Aquarius on July 4th. Pluto figures in very prominently during these times, which brings me to the main subject – POWER. There’s a ginormous difference between Power and Empowerment. A recent article in the monthly periodical Atlantic shows that the pursuit and acquisition of power causes brain damage! That’s right, and you can view that article HERE. For me, this article partially explains both sides of the psychopath question: does the desire for power require a lack of empathy, or does the acquisition of power create an empathic vacuum in the individual? As with most things, it’s probably a both/and situation, rather than an either/or. However, there are stark differences to the nature of power versus what we term “empowerment.” Empowerment is essentially the gift of becoming aware of our innate gifts of imagination, creation and choice. It has nothing whatsoever to do with exalting our egos, or our sense of “Self.” In fact, truly empowering activities are evidenced when we demonstrate our acceptance of ourselves as we already are…at any given moment. This empowers others to do the same. This is accomplished via our propensity for modeling, or “mirroring” something that looks good or better than what we’re currently experiencing. For example, helping someone else in a difficult life situation through guidance or emotional support actually raises the bar for both people. In other words, all ships rise on the same tide. ![]() To FEEL empowered is due to our seeing others as we see ourselves, and knowing our worth. This means we all deserve kindness, love and consideration. These are the soul-gifts we have to share. Others then discover their innate worth and the gifts they have to give while here on Earth. The image below is an image of power that is used for self-aggrandisement (Kevin Spacey from the television drama “House of Cards”) The paradox is that this series came to mind while I was watching a film rich with messages about the source of real empowerment. That film is “Pay It Forward”, which is almost twenty years old now, and also starred Kevin Spacey. The contrast was so startling that I recommend you watch the movie first, then perhaps a few episodes of House of Cards, which is available on Netflix. So, power isn’t everything. In fact, our source of true power is only “power with,” not “power over.” Too much of what passes for empowerment these days is nothing more than our flexing our muscles through creating strong boundaries. This may be a necessary phase when we’ve been so indoctrinated by the prevalent victim-perpetrator syndrome in our psyches. We first realize we’ve been manipulated or abused in some way, and at the time it seems that the only way to feel safe again is to create strong boundaries and flex our muscles and show them who’s in charge. We become “in charge” of ourselves. However, even the perpetrator is a victim, and only feels safe when he or she is dominant or in charge. There’s the paradox of power. It’s really about the fear of what may happen if we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, trusting, and soft. It’s about choosing Love over fear. ![]() When we choose Love, then “power with” others and Nature is discovered to be the most successful strategy, and turns everything into play. In fact, it’s always been the only effective strategy. Our gatherer-hunter ancestors survived for thousands of years based on mutual cooperation and sharing. Competition and hoarding were deemed “insane” by them. And the concept of “work” was unknown. There isn’t even a word for “work” in the language of most indigenous peoples. One has to wonder if the concept of work may also be part of our “victim-perpetrator-savior” complex. Power “over” is always based on ego superiority, and it exists in all religions and political thought. Love is the only spiritual path worth following. However, this Path of Love/Empowerment isn’t all pink bunny rabbits and flowers. Love has a strong empowerment component to it as well, the power of Love in defense of Life. We see it in Nature all the time. A mother bear protects it’s cubs from other predators. The symbiotic cooperation of sea anemones and clown fish. Mutual survival can coincide with standing up to wanton destruction or an imminent threat to Life by knowing we have the power to stand together and thwart that which is unhealthy, unsafe, or unsound. Life on this planet is worth defending, and when we join a movement or worthy cause that seeks to end the ecocide on this planet, or seeks to liberate other human beings from injustice, oppression or bondage, then we are also saving ourselves, and future generations, from the insane consequences of “power over.” The big problem with “power over” is that you can lose it. When you’re in alignment with Spirit, and don’t see others as separate from you, then power with is self-sustainable and infinite. Last thoughts: What do you feel when you really look out into the stars above us that stretch outwards towards Eternity? I personally am always in awe of the pure nature of the Universe, and from whence it arises. True humility is empowering. When we can realize that although we’re apparently insignificant compared to the grandeur of Creation, and that we’re each designed to actually appreciate these wonders, we can relax a little, and discover the richness of just being alive! It is that spark of Spirit inside each of us that just knows that we’re simultaneously very tiny, and also Infinite. When you remember that, you’ll find the only source of true power, and you can’t ever lose it. Now that’s powerful! Heart and Soul Mentoring and Relationship Coaching:
