![]() by Isaac George Okay…synchronize your watches. Oh, why bother!! There’s plenty of time…an eternity of it in fact. So, I'll have time for two more blogs after this one for sure! One next week for the Solstice and Full Moon Christmas, and a look ahead for 2016. Have you been having disturbed sleep patterns? Are you waking up in the middle of the night, and then think five minutes has passed, and it's been an hour? Think of something you need upstairs, then once you got there, completely forgot what the heck it was you needed? Something's afoot. Time. Why is it speeding up, and where is it going? Is someone stealing it? Is it going faster for real, or is that an illusion? Are there Time Bandits messing with our heads, and our Reality here? I loved that movie by Terry Gilliam of Monty Python. If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend you do so, for it contains metaphors for our subject today. Now, I wish to preface what I’m about to discuss from my own personal experiences, especially of the past twenty odd years. The nature of “time” hasn’t been normal since the shamanic-spiritual-sexual emergence that started for me in January of 1994. This was a full blown kundalini awakening. ![]() Time started to morph drastically within weeks of it initiating. Within those first days I began noticing strange anomalous gaps in my experience of time/space. Some short term forgetfulness happened. I couldn’t believe that what felt like the passage of 30 minutes was actually in linear time spanning a few hours or more. The other phenomenon that began was the appearance on my digital clocks of seeing 11:11 (am and pm), 12:12 (same), 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44 and 5:55! This crazy stuff went on for months, and it wasn’t ever fully explained to me that year. By November I encountered others also contending with this strange stuff. My sleep patterns were majorly disrupted, and I was amazed that I was running on 3-4 hours of sleep for years afterwards, but never was short on energy or strength. Quite amazing how my health seemed unaffected and even improved in certain ways. But, I digress. ![]() Now, the triple and quad numbers thing stayed with me for almost a decade or so, but did, to a certain extent, eventually diminish. So did a majority of the kundalini symptoms. However, shamanic awakenings do not have a sell-buy date. They go dormant, but can become a trigger in the future, or become triggered by some external stimuli. Ultimately the Soul is in charge as to what is transpiring in these experiences, and the timing too. So my kundalini stuff, and the preponderance of seeing these coded numbers and the associated incidences of sleep and time anomalies started up big time for me again in 2012-2013…and continue to the present day. What does this have to do with now, and the weird stuff that’s going on with time and your relationship to it? Well, it’s all connected in one way or another to larger cycles. Some of these are astrologically explained, others astronomically deduced. The Mayan Calendar countdown to the Winter Solstice of 2012 is one factor. The other one that was operating concurrently with that was the movement of the planet Uranus into Aries (March 2011), and then the Uranus-Pluto Squares that are part of Collective Initiation (Kundalini Awakening to Yin-tegrity) that began in the summer of 2012. The big deal of the ending of the Mayan Long Count Calendar was called “The End of Time.” Whoa!! Big claim that. Everyone expected something momentous to occur in the world at the time. Some folks did have personal events of one kind or another, but for the most part, the “normal” world seemed to continue on its way without interruption, until this year, and specifically, the time between mid-September and right now. The “big why” for this is still a bit unclear to me, but my intuition says that it is rooted in two things. That Mayan Calendar event in Dec.2012 and what our Planet is going through recently. I don’t mean, socially, politically, or even spiritually. The biosphere, the deep ecology of Gaia is changing…and I think in such a dramatic way that it is altering our perception of time, the way memory works, and how our sleep patterns and dreaming function. It is provoking a lot of the stuff we are see unfolding on the world stage too. Part of this can be traced to solar activity and how it interacts with the geomagnetic fields of our planet. Some of it is the result of gamma particles streaming in from the galactic core. Recent alignments astrologically to the Super Galactic Center (I will avoid astro-babble here) are probably a big trigger for a lot of it as well. The symptoms that many are encountering are quite numerous. Here’s my list of 7 Major Indicators:
One reader reports some rather interesting events in her personal awareness. Perhaps you'll resonate with some of these, which I've paraphrased: "Hearing: low hums, changes in frequency, blocked ears, rising pitches and odd harmonics that vary with changes in barometric pressure and weather. Visual anomalies: sparkling around stuff, or vision is shaky. Coloured shapes: aqua and bright green, pulsations. Some geometric forms, like spirals. Spacial stuff: general spaciness, dizzyness, vertigo, feelings of disassociation. Body aches and pains: that move around the body, changes in temps in various parts of the body, heart palpitations, racing pulse, shortness of breath." Of course the list goes on, and I invite you, the Reader, to comment and add your experiences to the dialogue. ![]() So, you may wondering how are you supposed to handle this stuff? Patience with self is key. So is extreme self care. You can't will all of this to stop. It may feel like you're under attack (see guy at right), and I will not lie to you and say there aren't dark energies or aspects that aren't too happy about all the changes that are happening, or that have the potential of changing. That's a discussion for another post though. For sleep disorders, there's Valerian Root, Hops, and the time-tested one, Magnesium (preferably in water soluble form...like Natural Calm). For memory, there are herbs that seem to work, but check with a naturopath or some other health care professional for some suggestions. Best not to fight your own memory, and get in the habit of writing things you need to do on a list, or add to a calendar app on your phone or pad. For anger and emotions, see a counsellor or a coach, discover EFT tapping, flower essences, EMDR, or just get out into Nature and walk, walk, walk until you're tired. Don't stifle though, and be willing to allow whatever arises to arise while giving yourself empathy. Witness your having the emotions, but you don't have to let your mind go into fight or flight, or label it as a threat. Electronics is another area. I use EnergyDOTs from a company in the UK. Reputable stuff. It won't stop your stuff from fritzing, but you'll be calmer in the face of electronic disruption. Again, get away from your gadgets and unplug for a bit each day. If you are super sensitive (empathic), then energy work, or specialized tools may help. As you can imagine, I do a lot of work with others having spiritual emergencies or spontaneous empathic awareness. You can modify without having to shut down completely. Getting out into Nature always helps too. If you feel drawn to do so, I can help support you and provide you with the tools for navigating and enhancing your experience. Just contact me by clicking here. I have no suggestions for missing time. It's a mystery for the moment. So there’s something really afoot, and it cannot be ignored. If Uranus in Aries is the awakening to Yintegrity (the Divine Feminine), and the end of the Mayan Calendar is the end of our being in the grip of historical time and Karma, then we are moving into more of what the Aboriginals refer to as the Dreamtime. Our imaginal realm is beginning to surface and supersede our Yangtegrity-based reality. For the uninitiated, Yangtegrity is “Let’s make a plan and build it” goal-oriented Patriarchy. Yintegrity is “I feel to do this now, cause I want to” intuitive and instinctual Feminine creativity. The attitude most in harmony with Nature and the Planet is Yintegrity. It is supportive, collaborative and non-competitive. It seeks to create community, not competition. Yangtegrity is part of the “been there, done that” continuum. Uranus-Pluto is definitely the switch between paradigms. Since Uranus is involved, and is prodding us towards “no time” Yintegrity, I must reiterate that I have no way or means of predicting any outcomes here. Uranus is community AND independence AND unpredictability. It’s kind of like this: “I’ll know what I need to know when I need to know it. If I needed to know it NOW, I would already know it.” One prayer for these times could be “I always receive whatever I need before I know I need it.” Of course all of this, including this blog, is…well, just in the nick of Time! Go ahead, steal some time. No one’s looking. Or if they do see you, they’ll forget about it in 10 seconds…9, 8, 7, 6… With Love, Isaac HOLIDAY SPECIAL OFFER

![]() By Isaac George April 17th, 2015 Today is the day that Pluto is stationing to go retrograde (looks like its reversing) until September 25th. There's also a very intense New Moon, at 28 degrees of Aries/Libra around 8pm BST on April 18th. This will be like another bell being rung that resonates back to all the other Aries/Libra lunations and eclipses over the past couple of years. It could get you feeling jittery and anxious to "do stuff", but you could end up in overwhelm instead. Yep, situation anything BUT normal these days. So, to help tone things down a tad, I'm feeling moved to share about one of Love's aspects. One of these qualities is curiosity. The other is empathy. This may be a very important quality to have or cultivate more of as we move through the months ahead, and I am seeing everywhere more signs of people willing to be more vulnerable and authentic with one another, and most importantly with oneself. Most of the review that Pluto, and also Saturn, may initiate in the coming months will ask us to apply large doses of self-awareness, honesty, curiosity and forgiveness towards ourselves and those we’ve been traveling with. This is so we can move onwards with our integrity and our hearts intact, no matter what. Part of the spiritual awakening that appears to have been happening on this planet for many years has been through emergence of numerous paths and therapeutic techniques for dealing with personal trauma and painful memories. Beginning in the late 1960’s there were the first stirrings that modern psychology didn’t have all the answers to the deep and often incomprehensible experiences that many experience in our ‘modern’ lifestyle. Past life regression has yielded some answers as to the origins of troubling emotions and feeling states. Things like chronic anxiety, depression or physical illnesses or conditions that are apparently the result of memories stored in our own souls during past incarnations in which we suffered some tragedy or life or limb. Other techniques such as transpersonal psychotherapy and psychosynthesis have focused on a more holistic view, incorporating the soul, but within the framework of dealing with the difficult emotional states as being the result of beliefs or behaviors developed through adaptation to outside circumstances or authorities, i.e., parents, peers and/or religious or secular authorities. These processes utilize a number of integrative methods to cut through the debilitating beliefs and restore some semblance of balance and self-acceptance. "The human mind is one source of raw emotions, and this seems to be a psychological and scientific fact. When we experience an inner conflict in our minds or within the Soul mind (subconscious-Superconscious) it becomes a felt experience in the body." Through the decades since then perhaps 100’s of spiritual and psychological paths have emerged to deal with the underlying strata of the human mind – the subconscious, and how it interrelates to the soul and the psychic health of the individual, larger groups and the human family. One of the wonders of the human animal is its range of emotions and feelings, and it is only recently that scientists have discovered that all sentient creatures, including plants, are emotional beings. What is also amazing is given this palette of feelings, no one seems to understand why we feel anything at all! Some spiritual disciplines view emotions and feelings as the antithesis of enlightenment, a distraction if you will. Using the mind to try and understand and overcome itself (non-dualism) has had limited success, even though it has been around for centuries. Mainstream humanity hardly has the time or inclination to embark on a path such as this, and it remains the province of a few who have mastered the technique. The sages Papaji and Eckhart Tolle are two examples…and both of their ‘awakenings’ were spontaneous products of deep emotional pain and spiritual crisis. The ‘pain body’ (Eckhart Tolle) is the source of all the ruckus, and needs to be dissolved in order to be really peaceful and aligned…or so it goes, until the next challenge arises in our path. Empathy is defined as: “…the experience of understanding another person's condition from their perspective. You place yourself in their shoes and feel what they are feeling. Empathy is known to increase prosocial (helping) behaviors.” The human mind is one source of the raw emotions, and this seems to be a psychological and scientific fact. When we experience an inner conflict in our minds or within the Soul mind (subconscious-Superconscious) it becomes a felt experience in the body. In fear, we clench. In depression, the shoulders slump forward to shield the heart. In order to survive we put on weight or a happy face. The body/mind connection, or as Dr. Bruce Lipton refers to it, “the biology of belief”, is an ever present condition in our lives. As we get nearer and nearer to the actual, not theoretical, realization of the inherent One-ness of all Life, we begin to understand that empathy is happening all of the time with all of us. We are plugged into everyone and everything else! Empathy is defined as: “…the experience of understanding another person's condition from their perspective. You place yourself in their shoes and feel what they are feeling. Empathy is known to increase prosocial (helping) behaviors.” Sympathy is a bit different: “from the Greek words syn "together" and pathos "feeling" which means "fellow-feeling") is the perception, understanding, and reaction to the distress or need of another human being.[1] “ Pitying another is sympathetic. Identifying and understanding the experience of another, and the associated feelings and emotions of the person is empathetic. ![]() Empathy is a way for awakening to the world of the Soul and its deepest connection to the planetary intelligence, or Gaia. It is how we can come to deeply understand and love others too! I feel that this may be an impulse or quality that is directly stimulated by Nature towards us, to assist in the realization that our deepest spiritual roots lie within this very orb we stand upon, and to which our bodies are returned at the transition known as physical death. Deep ecologists have argued that the Earth may be auto-poetic, which means self-aware and intelligent in a way we do not yet understand. Ancient mystery schools also refer to becoming aware of the ‘organic Light’ within us and all around us in Nature, and it is through our senses that we may possibly rediscover that our true origins are not just among the stars, but also source from the planet Herself. From there, we can expand our scope to include multiple and parallel realities, and dimensions beyond count. The ancient Gnostic view tells us it is through direct interaction with Nature and remembering that our humanity is already divine and that we can realign to an organic life that not only confers health, but restores our minds and souls to the Continuum that we birthed from originally. "For those who are healers and counselors, or anyone who is empathic, I recommend that you celebrate your sensitivity, and allow for your own vulnerability and that of others to touch you." So, feeling your feelings, or using empathy to feel into and recognize the emotions and feelings that others are experiencing are very important to understanding ourselves, the human condition, and the various planetary crises we face (ecocide, mass extinctions, etc.). Whenever we see a beautiful part of Nature, or when we are feeling close to it in some way, we are making contact with Universal Mother/Principle. Whenever we eat, make love, cry, laugh, we are reconnected. Whenever we meditate we are awaiting a dialogue with our own souls to begin in the center of our hearts. We do not need “salvation” or to chase after “redemption”. The human race never ‘fell” from Grace. Perhaps it was pushed, but we are not fallen from some higher, more exalted realm. At our core we are what we were created to be…creative, luminous, playful, loving, cooperative and supportive. The realm of Faery and all the Nature Divas also are part of our shared lineage with our Planet, and in most tales they are mostly benevolent and helpful (though sometimes full of mischief). Look at the legend of Findhorn in Scotland for validation about that. "We are all in this together, and connected soul-to-soul, heart-to-heart, with all that we perceive and interact with." For those who are healers and counselors, or anyone who is empathic, I recommend that you celebrate your sensitivity, and allow for your own vulnerability and that of others to touch you. When you find yourself in overwhelm, there are loads of things you can do to rebalance. Obviously, spending time in Nature is the first choice, as grounding is essential for balance. There are loads of other things to do to maintain an emotional equilibrium. I do advocate counseling, especially the holistic type like psychosynthesis. Combining some mainstream therapies with bodywork and energy work is can be a good mix. Eating healthy food and exercising is also important. But perhaps for some it’s just enough to have a good network of friends with whom you can share and talk things over with. Cultivating healthy relationships for sensitive folks is a delicate and necessary process. (See Resources at bottom of this article) ![]() We are all in this together, and connected soul-to-soul, heart-to-heart, with all that we perceive and interact with. Gaia is Dreaming, and we are a part of that Dreamtime. In the most literal and poetic sense, our creative impulses, our emotions and feelings, all are a gifts from our Mother. Vulnerability is the new strength, the wisdom of the heart demonstrated. And when we listen to our heart, we are in tune with the heart of our Earth, our Mother, and the Cosmos. Listen to your heartbeat, and direct your empathy towards your Self and all that lives. Then, reach for the stars. All such queries usually start for me when I spot some news article online, or catch some behavior in another human being. However, this time the trigger was a book I was impelled to pick up and reread. The book in question is not important at the moment, but I will list the title and author’s name at the end of this blog. It was the power of how it agitated me to look deeply inside of myself which was quite amazing and cathartic. There are many themes or ‘a-ha’s!’ cropping up within and around me these days, like the facts around heart-based awareness, and how a reawakened focus within the heart can reconnect us deeply into the Earth Consciousness and our Soul awareness, and through that portal we can access any point in ourselves and Creation. As the author Niamh Clune stated in her book ‘The Coming of the Feminine Christ’, “Only the awakened heart can avert the apocalypse.” My personal revelations on this issue is the quality of personal courage (heart), and how it seems that most modern Western men are seemingly far removed from their warrior aspect. This results in an epidemic increase in the opposite quality – unquestioning compliance with external authorities or structures. When I mean ‘warrior’, I am not referring to soldiers or mercenaries. I am instead referring to an aspect of the Divine Masculine, which possesses the attributes of one who courageously confronts injustice. Part of this quality is includes the roles of protector and sustainer, as well as standing deeply within one’s own integrity in order to be fully responsible and responsive. With all the emphasis on the return of the Divine Feminine, it is becoming increasingly important to recognize that a balance must be struck between the two genders as our species and the planet transition out of the old order, an order that survives through the use of shame, guilt and worse to maintain power. For there to be an authentic return to innocence, men will have to reclaim their true maleness, and embrace courage with compassion, strength with sensitivity, and protectiveness that doesn’t smother the feminine…but exalts it. Action combined with vision and heart can avert the apocalypse. Speaking truth to power that has been corrupted will not come from a monkish or emasculated consciousness. As Osho wrote in “Courage: The Joy of Living Dangerously” we may be the last generations of humanity that is able to rebel. The symbols of covert oppression are everywhere. Take the simple necktie for instance, that symbol of the business world that has become the almost universally identified with the corporate uniform. This simple piece of cloth is a symbol of slavery, or subjugation that has its origins in ancient times when conquering armies led captives back to their homelands. The iron or wood collar was the unmistakable brand of the slave, and was usually found at the end of a length of rope or chain. The shame of slavery, especially if the captive was a warrior, was a powerful and oppressive tool to keep the larger populations in line. The necktie simply says “we own you…don’t step out of line.” The temptation of compliance is to relinquish self-autonomy, while being hypnotized into believing that you still have free choice. When you comply, you allow others to decide for you, to be responsible for your choices and experience. This is a conditioned pattern within the human psyche, and has lead to all manner of cruelty, violence, coercion, lack of empathy and compassion, and pure indifference to the suffering of others. Courage never looks for the easy way out of something. Compliance always ends up in the slippery slope to oblivion. “I was only following orders” has become the historical excuse for untold numbers of murders, massacres and injustice. However, compliance is only one of the possible behaviors that arise from the deeper disease, which is shame. When we feel shame, it is one of the lowest emotional and vibratory states we can know while in human embodiment. Shame can be self-generated and self-directed, or arrive from outside of ourselves via parents, teachers, friends, political or military authorities. At the top of the pyramid is the strongest source of shame, which originates from religions. However, religion only relates the possible causes for shame, and then violently reinforces it. “You were born into sin!” they crow, and with each repetition the nails are driven deeper into the hands and feet of the faithful. Upon closer examination, each religion or ordered faith has its own version of the source of this condition, the reason we all need to blush and then grovel in the dirt. This sets up a process that is only to simple to spot in the known history of our species. If you do not conform, you will be cast out, exiled, or made to feel as if you have no value and don’t even deserve to exist. The pain of this and its power to break the human heart is incalculable, and it was designed to be so. I don’t feel that shame is a part of our natural persona. Guilt is it’s sister, despair and despondence it’s cousins. Shame runs through so much of the human personality disorder that it is difficult to detect most of the time. The Book of Genesis in the Old Testament of the Christian Bible (which is also in the Jewish Talmud) may offer some clues. I haven’t read the opening verses of The Koran to see if it has parallels to these books, but as Islam is also a descendent of the Abrahamic monotheism, I’d be surprised if it didn’t. I won’t reproduce the full text from Genesis, Chapter 3, but you can view it here. Genesis, Chapter 3, verse 8: Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden. 9 But the Lord God called to the man, “Where are you?” 10. He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.” 11. And he said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?” 12. The man said, “The woman you put here with me—she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.” 13. Then the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.” 14. So the Lord God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, “Cursed are you above all livestock and all wild animals! You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your life.” In their book “Worldbridger”, Juliet and Jiva Carter describe the ‘Lord’ in this dialog as a genetic manipulator of alien origin, not the Source of Infinite Love and Grace that created us or the Earth. They postulate that since almost 97% of our genetic code is dormant it must have been altered or spliced at some distant point in our past that we’ve forgotten…or was it deliberately hidden? This take on the causes of shame goes a long way to explain the neurotic and schizophrenic tendencies in the human psyche. Our genetic software may be comprised by an alien code that is rooted in fear, survival, domination and enslavement of others. The best strategy in this case appears to be “give the slave race a complex surrounding its origins, and make the estrangement from it’s Divine Parentage seem to be real.” The curse at the end of Verse 14 is especially designed to evoke shame and guilt. After thousands of years of repetition and reinforcement, we have come to accept this insanity of a dual state of being as normal! The genius of it is, we have also swallowed the lie, cleverly implied in religious interpretation, that our identity as sexual beings is what caused the Lord’s wrath. This behavior is not representative of a loving Creator, but the ranting of a jealous and imperious overlord. It is now a well-recognised scientific fact that there is at least 6% of the human population that is missing a part of their genetic code that makes it possible to feel empathy. Could this be a clue to our genetic and behavioral distortion? Other studies seem to indicate that of this 6%, most tend to gravitate towards attaining positions of power and authority in ruthless and subversive ways, while projecting an outward persona of normal, rational human behavior. This may be the face of the pyschopath that is ensconced in the 1% who are in running the planet. By relating this information I am not implying that everyone in positions of power in politics, business or religion are psychopaths. However, all one has to do is to observe the fruits of their actions when compared to their words and projected image to understand who is who. Since this branch of neuroscience is in its infancy, I would not necessarily preach it as gospel just yet. [Sources: http://www.sott.net/article/246086-Is-the-Root-of-Evil-the-Psychopathic-Mind and http://human-nature.com/nibbs/01/psychopathy.html] Shame, and the conformity and false humility that it engenders, may be one of the most important issues that we will have to deal with. Some might argue that shame is a necessary check that informs us when we have committed an offense against another. When we realize that we have done something that has harmed someone else, and we have even an ounce of empathy, we know that our words or actions have caused hurt or misunderstanding. In the movie “K-PAX” starring Kevin Spacey, the main character Prot said, “everyone in the Universe knows the difference between right and wrong.” What is implied here is that we all know when we’ve crossed the line, and our internal nature informs us that we need to correct ourselves and utilize forgiveness as a tool to dissolve wounds between us and others. Regret for one’s unkind actions can open the heart and begin the healing process. When there is no healing process, or misunderstandings healed, then shame can turn into melancholy, rapidly followed by self-loathing and, in extreme cases, self-destruction. Sometimes people who have had terrible injustices happen to them, like rape or imprisonment and torture for their ethnicity, religion, gender, or political beliefs, can feel that somehow there must be something basically wrong with them to have had such experiences. Too often suicide seems to be the only way out of the pain of shame. Recently, some societies have resorted to publicly naming and shaming individuals, like child molesters, hoping that this will correct unacceptable behaviors. Statistically, it does nothing to discourage other predators, and all that is accomplished is that a perpetrator is now turned into another victim, usually for the second time in their life. This is shame used as a weapon, with ‘good’ people standing in as the ultimate judge, jury and executioner. The person who was violated and also the person who committed the violation can only be healed through love, not be driving the traumas of both deeper into their psyches. When a computer is infected with a virus, we employ a specialist or install a specially-designed program that hunts down and quarantines the troublesome bug, and then delete it later. When a human body contracts a virus, we ride it out while attempting to make our biology an inhospitable environment for the virus to exist in. We can eat chicken soup, or take vitamin C and other folk or traditional remedies to combat the invader that makes us feel so rotten. What do you do to remove a psychic and subconscious virus? Sometimes, the diagnosis is tricky, but the solutions can sometimes be quite simple. In the case of shame, however, it takes a bit more than what is typically offered through psychological methods, or with energy healing. The realm of quantum mechanics can go quite deeply into how things work with consciousness and matter, but so far has been unable to explain the why of how it all works. Since there is a unified field, and since DNA is the common denominator within our biological makeup, then there very well may be a ‘virtual’ DNA as well, that exists in our subtle bodies and transcends any genetic damage done either through mutations from natural causes, or from deliberate manipulation. Accessing and reactivating our multidimensional codes may simply be down to the right combination of light, geometry and sound. The increasing interest in sound healing, especially non-specific forms like improvisational music created through toning and the use of crystal or metal singing bowls, can invoke specific resonances that help us remember our true natures beyond language. Music is a bridge between the Cosmos and the Earth, and the shamans have known it for millennia. Likewise there is a growing interest in sacred geometry, both as an art form and also as a map of creation and consciousness. Grounding into the Earth is also a route to re-orienting our biological electro-magnetic resonance. Solutions: The shame virus can be temporarily negated through the power of deliberate language. Affirmations consciously directed are quite powerful in a variety of situations. It is important to recognize that the power of the spoken word also may awaken the subconscious conditioned pattern of ‘not good enough’. Simply saying ‘I deserve this or that…’ may evoke a counter-response of through the ‘voice in my head’ of “No, you don’t.” This can set up an inner conflict that has no clear winner. Affirmations alone are usually not very effective in the long run. Here are a few suggestions to identify, reduce, and in some cases eliminate, the ‘shame virus’ - Shadow Work: This is a very broad topic with many paths and systems. Shamanic traditions are much stronger in this regard, and perhaps explains the increasing interest in plant pharmacology and indigenous ceremonial methods to release false personas, embrace and integrate shadow aspects, and recall projections of the psyche, otherwise known as ‘soul retrieval.’ One excellent book on the subject is “Embrace of the Daimon” by Sandra Lee Dennis. Creative Anger: I’ve just begun to explore this as a method for getting in touch with those parts of ourselves that we consider to be unacceptable, and how and why we judge those parts so. Try thinking back to when someone said ‘shame on you’ for touching yourself (and enjoying it), or for doing what you wanted to do with your life, rather than pleasing someone else. If you decide to dump the shame stigma you’ve ‘eaten’ and made a part of yourself, then you might feel pretty angry. This requires creative approaches, but punching a pillow while screaming, or using a plastic baseball bat on a dead tree stump might just be your cup of tea. Gestalt therapy and primal screaming might be something to explore. Drumming circles? Improvisational Dance: Dancing is one way to move and express trapped energy. Explore experimental dance styles, like 5 Rhythms Dance by Gabriele Roth. Breathwork: Loads of choices here. Deep breathing will usually bring up many repressed feelings. Choose from Holotropic, Shamanic, or yogic techniques like the Cobra or Fire Breath. Please do these with proper supervision and support. Earthing: Connecting your biological self to the earth, to Gaia, is a revolutionary act against the technologically-based dominator culture. Get your feet onto wet grassy or sandy soil. Walk barefoot on the beach. Get an Earthing pad or wristband, so you can remain connected to the natural magnetic and telluric earth envelope while working on computers. Investigate and acquire some simple protection for shielding your body from cell phones, mobile and digital phones, WIFI, computers and routers and microwave stations. Click here for more information on Earthing, and here for information on Earthing devices. One thing that I strongly recommend is to drop all perceptions of the experience of shame, or any other negative emotional state, as being part of another body or psychic state, thereby placing it outside of yourself. Even though shame is a form of false humility, and is by its very nature an illusion that is incompatible with your true and original innocence, it is not something you are carting around like a piece of luggage that you are trying to get rid of. In order to take full responsibility for your being, and your experience, it will be more helpful to abandon the notions of separateness and cultivate wholeness in yourself. Cultivating sovereignty is an on-going process and discipline, not a switch that the Universe flips on or off for you. Allowing yourself to take risks with the full knowledge that you will also make mistakes removes a tremendous amount of self-induced pressure on you to be perfect so that you can avoid the experience of shame. Which brings this sharing to the ultimate shame bubble…the programmed belief in almost all human beings that we wouldn’t be here, would not be ‘trapped’ in matter and physicality, if we had only behaved right and not upset God, Creator, or whomever. In spite of all the spiritual books and workshops that illumine us to the possibility that Source Consciousness is benevolent and has created infinite beings out of Itself in order to experience Itself, the power of the old lie to occasionally set us back into the old fears and subconscious language of ‘just not good enough’, or ‘there isn’t enough…love, light, abundance, or Life ‘ is still there in the human condition. We no longer have to kneel in shame any longer. We are children of the Benevolent Heart of Creation, and innocence is our natural state of consciousness. Love is who you are. There is only one Love, one Truth, and it is your Love, your Truth. When you extend your love, your truth to others, and employ forgiveness and understanding, their shame is converted into healing, and even the blind will be able to see again, and the lame will rise up and walk. When we stand up from the impulse of love and take action on the behalf of a better world, we truly announce who we are without shame. We return to our authenticity, and we are sane again. “The brave may not live forever, but the cautious don’t live at all.” – Courtney Allison Moulton Arise! Peace, Isaac ![]() By Isaac George March 29th, 2013 This Easter weekend is a very interesting time for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the unusual planetary alignments that are taking place. It has been less than a fortnight since a tiny island nation [Cyprus] was turned into a nation of serfs, a new Pope was installed in Rome, and Obama made his first visited Israel as President of the United States. April Fool’s Day looms very significantly just over the horizon. Perhaps there is a message in that too. No matter what is in the headlines, they are sure to obscure the underlying truths of our times. The main event, astrologically speaking, remains in the realm of the unpredictable - Uranus in Aries. Joined this week by the Sun, Venus and Mars, the pot is being well-stirred. There are many major and minor points I could pursue in this realm alone, but that is not the intent of this Easter message. Many years ago, during my second spiritual activation in my early 20’s, I was an avid student of the Edgar Cayce materials. Cayce did over 5,000 Life Readings over the course of three decades, and the story and teachings of Jesus was at the core of his work. While in trance, one of the oft repeated themes was “…only in Christ do all extremes meet.” I spent two years in Virginia Beach, VA., investigating the massive catalogue of channeled material that Cayce left for posterity, while at the same time I also immersed myself in other mystical traditions, such as the Rosicrucians, the Kabbalah, Tibetan Buddhism and esoteric Christianity. One of the most controversial set of discourses Cayce did was centered on The Book of Revelation by St. John the Beloved. This last book of the contemporary Christian Bible has always troubled theologians and novices, because of its wild and sometimes incomprehensible imagery, and the predictions of a final apocalypse between good and evil. In a medical reading for a patient, a doctor asked for more information about how to treat the patient’s troublesome thyroid condition. Cayce recommended he study Revelations, if he were to gain a full understanding of the human energy system and the endocrine glands of the human body. The doctor was intrigued, and over a period of months the doctor got what he wanted and much more. The Book of Revelation was a diary of St. John’s transfiguration into Christ Consciousness, not a predictive warning about the End of the World. Every symbol and verse described the process of purification and illumination of John’s physical, mental, and spiritual identities. Since the publication of this analysis by Cayce, some within the Association of Research and Enlightenment (the foundation formed to continue studying the Cayce materials) have thought that Revelations had a personal and planetary relevance, based on the law of correspondence; ‘as above, so below’. The Book of Revelation is happening on global and personal scale at this time, and this process of purification and illumination is gathering speed and intensity. It is not happening in the way that Christian Fundamentalists have interpreted the verses, in a literal manner without any acknowledgment of allegorical or symbolic meaning. It is happening through an infusion of Consciousness via galactic and solar energies. This heralds a direct awakening of Spirit in matter, activating the shadow for purification, and instilling the Christ Consciousness directly into the very subatomic structures of our bodies, Mother Earth and the Cosmos. Light and sound, originating from the Heart of the Cosmos, is igniting the kundalini fire. The third square between Pluto and Uranus will arrive on May 20th, exactly two months after the Spring Equinox. Pluto will be retrograde and Uranus direct – the world’s powers will be weakened, while the power of the individual will be exalted. As more and more individuals resurrect the Divine Codes of Creation within their bodies, then the individuation of The Sacred Heart of Life in the form organic Light will activate all. This will not necessarily be a consistently blissful experience, and like the crucifixion-resurrection process described in the Gospels, it could be a Dark Night of the Soul passage before the dawn arrives. Which brings me to the Secret of The Passion. One of the tenets of orthodox and fundamentalist Christians is that Jesus’ crucifixion was to cleanse sin from all humanity. Part of this is supported by passages from the Old Testament, which over the centuries was expanded upon by the Catholic interpretations and dogma. The overwhelming precedent of this doctrine had to do with the nature of the Crucifixion and Resurrection, and that through this ordeal, the Christ Spirit actually took on the sins of the world during the Good Friday Passion, and then redeemed it through the Resurrection on the morning of the third day (Sunday). I won’t go into all the biblical references here, and encourage the reader to research it, if desired. As interesting as the interpretation of the Book of Revelations was through the Superconscious perspective of Edgar Cayce, the metaphysical description of the reasons and process of the Crucifixion and Resurrection far surpassed it. From many disparate readings there emerges a pattern of information that describes the symbolic, physical and metaphysical reasons for Jesus’ choosing of this way of At-one-ment. Indeed, He must have chosen it, as there were plenty of chances to leave Jerusalem and escape to some remote part of Judea. Ever since the time of the ‘Fall’, which was a condition of unconsciousness and forgetfulness that was induced upon humanity by an extra-terrestrial influence that occurred over a lengthy time frame beginning 256,000 years ago and leading up to and including the ancient civilizations of Sumeria and Egypt, human beings have experienced an acute sense of separateness from the spiritual dimensions and the greater Cosmos. Somewhere along the way , the human genetic code was altered and manipulated…fear and death entered into the collective and individual experience. Modern genetics used to call the 97% of our inactive DNA ‘junk’. Now they just call it dormant…and no one knows why it is in such a state. But, I digress… Many of the archetypes in our history relate to stories of fallen beings, such as Lucifer and Satan, along with references to snakes and reptilian humanoids. Some may stem directly from our racial memories of reptoid geneticists that influenced the earliest human beings. Perhaps the Sumerian tablets aren’t allegorical at all. In the past two years, I’ve correlated enough information from my own intuition and other sources, such as the shamanic traditions of indigenous cultures, that these ‘outsiders’ created an alternate reality for humankind that was not part of our original divine design or intent. That we agreed to such an interference is another story altogether, but when laid side-by-side with Cayce’s information that ‘Adam’, the first self-conscious homo sapiens, knew that he would become the man who would embody the Christ Spirit and redeem the planet and humanity at some future point, then a choice to ‘fall’ in order to rise above the conditions of suffering and death so prevalent in the world may have been by design. Cayce describes the planetary psychic energy of 2,000 odd years ago as at a critical juncture in Earth’s evolution. There was so much accumulated negativity, that unless the living and aware Presence of Love of the Creator interrupted the timeline, then the fate of Earth and all humanity would be catastrophic and swift. The readings strongly indicated that there was no enforced action upon this situation…Spirit never interferes with free will. Instead, the Readings describe that the intuition and devotion of the early Essenes over a 400-year period prepared the way for the embodiment of the Christ to become a possibility. The actual crucifixion was described as an alchemical cleansing and reclamation of the planetary geometries and life force. Blood carries more than nutrients, oxygen and genetic information…it is at core the manifestation in the physical realm of the Soul Forces. The blood of Jesus, infused with the overlighting consciousness of The Christ (Atman, First Cause, Only Begotten Son), alchemically cleansed the Earth and the lower astral planes surrounding it of all misqualified thoughts and emotions. This process would not prevent future mistakes or negativity, but the intercession supposedly did halt the entropy that was already underway. At the same time, as the spiritually-infused blood entered into the subatomic fabric of Earth, a spiritual quickening similar to the conception of a child occurred, ensuring that the Earth would survive the times we are in now. This has been a 2,000-year long pregnancy, and it is close to being full term now. In the Cayce material, The Resurrection was described as both etheric and physical. The real body of the man Jesus was also quickened to a rate of vibration as to become non-corporeal…no longer visible in the visual electromagnetic spectrum. On Easter morning, this conversion of matter from one state of energy into another was still on-going, as Jesus cautioned Magdalene, “…touch me not, for I have not yet ascended unto My Father.” The mingling of two different rates of vibration may have altered the transfiguration process, necessitating Jesus to instruct Magdalene in this way. The Jesus that appeared then to different groups of the disciples and to other individuals seemed to be sometimes very solid and physical, like when the Apostle Thomas could actually place his fingers into the holes in Jesus’ hands left from the nails, while at other times he seemed almost a phantom…appearing and disappearing with ease. There are many other interesting threads of information, some possibly real and others merely allegorical, that describes in detail many subtle nuances of the drama that unfolded two millennia ago in little Palestine. Whenever I read that Jesus was just another prophet or teacher, or that he probably never existed and is merely a composite of other, earlier myths and allegorical tales, then I come back to one salient point. Why would anyone ever risk so much, including torture and violent death, to preach about something that never happened? And yet, those persons who were definitely historically real and deemed to be closest to the Master did exactly that. Whether the evidence is circumstantial can be debated forever. My direct experience in this lifetime, ever since I was very young, is that the person of Jesus is, and was, as real as myself, and that he may have been the first human being to overcome the falsehood of physical death looms large for me. One of the major components of ‘The Template’ ceremonies that I’ve participated in is that death was introduced via the manipulation of DNA, as was the condition of fear. Would we approach life in a physical experience differently if we knew in our heart of hearts that we were immortal? Could we imagine what would be possible on this planet once the veil of denial about ourselves and our origins were completely known? “These works shall ye do, and greater” is the reminder. When the original Divine Blueprint is restored, and all DNA reactivated, this is the resurrection into our Original Innocence. Then, all things do become possible. From the Cayce Readings: "I and my Father are one. Then they took up stones again to stone him. Jesus answered them, many good works have I shown you from my Father; for which of these do you stone me? They answered him, saying, For a good work we stone you not; but for blasphemy; and because that you, being a man, make yourself God. Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your law: I said 'you are gods?" - John 10:30-34, Jesus quoting Psalm 82:6 to defend his teaching that God dwells within all human beings. In essence, Cayce described the Christ Soul as the impelling force and core of truth behind all religions that teach that "God is One." Fortunately, religion is already obsolete, and will crumble in the light of direct realization of our being the ‘sons and daughters of The One.’ Also from the Readings: “…Jesus ‘became the first of those that overcame death in the body, enabling Him to so illuminate, to so revivify that body as to take it up again, even when those fluids of the body had been drained away by the nail holes in His hands and by the spear piercing His side.” [I’ve attempted to locate the reference number of the Reading that this comes from, but without success. It is reprinted in Jeffrey First’s book “Edgar Cayce’s Story of Jesus] As the revelations in the field of quantum physics unfolds, and begins to substantiate the holographic nature of what we loosely call ‘reality’ we will be even more confronted by what we will see…our identity as a fractal of the Christ Consciousness, living in an individuated state within a physical embodiment and in an apparently physical Universe. We will also be able to access states of awareness and experiences far beyond anything we would have allowed ourselves to envision even 10 years ago. This will possible only if we rediscover the Christ in us, that courageous heart in which all extremes meet. If we are to represent the Second Coming, then we must abandon hope of it. That is to say, we choose the silent power of the Heart in order to dissolve the version of the world as we have been told it is, instead of ‘hoping’ for becoming something better in the future. Christ Consciousness is not meek, but vital…courageous and compassionate, stillness and action…peaceful and passionate…gentle, yet fierce. Fierce love, unafraid and deliberate. We only limit ourselves, or give permission to others to limit us. The Easter archetype is one of rising up, from what seems to be sorrow and death, but enters into Light and Joy. The Secret of The Passion, is that we are life without boundaries, without limits. To live this passionately is not the way of the world. If we follow in the footsteps of the Christ within, the world will not praise us or support us, because it does not understand that the only law worth obeying is in the core of our Divine Heart. That is why the world has destroyed the previous messengers and perverted the messages. It does so out of fear…fear of discovery, and fear of losing its control over the Earth. In the day between the crucifixion and the Resurrection, Christ blazed a trail of Light through the realms of Death, beginning the process of planetary ascension/resurrection. This is why it is inevitable that the old world must fade, in order for the new to appear. New wine will burst old skins, and we are all shedding our skins these days. As a final note, I want to share something that a good astrologer and friend, Dale O’Brien, recently sent out in his newsletter. Here’s the first paragraph, about a Mayan Elder, Don Alejandro, and a prediction he made in 1999 about this coming Easter Sunday. “… prominent Mayan Elder Don Alejandro (“Wandering Wolf”) predicted that on March 31st of 2013 the Sun would be hidden for 60 to 70 hours. After this brief time of darkness, he said that we then enter the “period of the Fifth Sun.” “Wandering Wolf” relayed this message not to frighten nor to threaten, but to help us to understand perhaps the most significant part of our transition of consciousness into the New Era. Mayan elder Henbits Men repeated the same story and timeframe. Some non-Mayans have repeated the same message. Variations of the time of darkness vary from as little as three hours to as much as three days (72 hours). I could find no recent updates or retractions on this subject. Relevant or not, March 31st of this year is also Easter Sunday. Some who have returned from a recent spiritual pilgrimage to Mayan sacred sites speak instead of March 21st 2013 as the time when “things related to the new era consciousness really start actively, actually happening.” More about this topic can be found here: http://2012talk.wordpress.com/tag/don-alejandro/ Read the original Dale O’Brien Newsletter, " Temporary Darkness and Visible Shift?". Whether anything this dramatic occurs remains to be seen. However, it is always a good idea to follow the sage advice to ‘be prepared for anything’. In closing, I extend to you all the blessings of love, empowerment and sovereignty from my heart to yours. May we all listen in the silence of our own hearts for the still, small voice of the Core of Creation, inspiring us to throw off all the chains and to be and do whatever it is we are gifted to share in assisting with the transfiguration and resurrection of ourselves, our fellow human beings, and the Earth. The darkness of the birthing canal is ending…and the Light is ready to welcome us into home. Peace, be with you, Isaac Note: Copyright © Spiritlife 1999-2013. As an astrologer and student of astrology I’ve always generally accepted the cosmology I inherited from friends and professionals who have been practicing their craft for a much longer period of time than I have. In the beginning, I was fortunate enough to earn my stars by being part of a local astrology salon which gathered every five or six weeks for a potluck supper and a specific topic of interest. The presentations, discussions and sometime disagreements were entertaining and thought-provoking, and I was always impressed with the sheer magnitude of collective celestial wisdom that many of these ‘pros’ demonstrated. I was the fly on the wall, absorbing and learning. Eventually, a Vedic astrology reading with one of the Salon’s members indicated that becoming an astrologer and offering astrological counselling should be part of my repertoire. Even though I was more interested in energy healing work and channelling at the time, I began collecting books on astrology and studying. I don’t remember who my first astrology client was, but I do remember that they were quite happy with the results. Since that time till late last year my skills and knowledge have expanded, and a few years back I branded my work in this area as ‘soul-based’ astrology, or ‘astrosynthesis’. My intuitive approach to reading a birth chart or a person’s transits were yielding insights that were beyond my book knowledge. I was perceiving the karmic patterns of the individual and using other techniques to help people to see their chart as a map of their consciousness, and to use it to eliminate destructive patterns and liberate themselves from the past. At its core, astrology is a system of archetypes that represent inner states of consciousness, and there are many other archetypal systems in existence that have assisted human beings in trying to understand their environment and themselves for thousands of years. Ancient mythologies, the Tarot deck, and the I Ching are all examples of archetypal wisdom and insight, whether used as a tool to access the unconscious mind or to invoke celestial influences to determine future outcomes. Astrology is based on astronomy and mathematics, but the interpretation of the symbols, i.e., the planets, houses and constellations have developed and continue to develop as human awareness evolves. What we know now can either validate or invalidate previous data. What we discover tomorrow will affect how we previously viewed our ‘reality’. Astrology also relies heavily on the nature of linear time to demonstrate the outworking’s of planetary and stellar influences, and I’ve seen the truth of its accuracy in this area demonstrated over and over again when looking at major social, political or planetary processes. Transits and progressions are the movie, while birth charts are a photograph. When the photograph is overlaid with the movie, one can see what is ‘up’ for an individual or the Earth as a whole. Microcosm and macrocosm; as below, so above and vice versa. Now, my astrological views of the Moon, Sun and Earth have been pretty much in alignment with the orthodox views for some time. However, that has shifted considerably since January of 2012, and as a result I’ve had to reconstitute my basic modis operandi in these areas. The problem is the Moon itself. In traditional astrology Earth’s moon is an archetype that has usually represented the feminine, the mother (physical and archetypal), emotions, dreams and enchantments. There is also a ‘dark moon’ – Lilith, and this can represent the empowered or rebellious feminine aspect (think Kali) or dark turbulent emotional states and nightmares. The moon takes on other layers of meaning depending on the sign and house that it is placed in in a chart. Eclipses of all types (partial, total, solar, lunar, etc.) are significant astrological events, and there are many books and articles pertaining to eclipses and their meaning. However, the one thing that was always bothering me were my instinctual feelings about the energy of the moon. I usually ignored these feelings, as they felt rather primal and silly. Then, when viewing an impressive full moon all reservations would melt away temporarily. I’ve only ever experienced two total Solar Eclipses, and I can’t say I liked either one particularly. Both eclipses had a palatable oppressive feeling. Since I was born under the Sun sign of Cancer, which is ruled by the Moon, I kept thinking that I should be completely comfortable with the influences of the moon. Not true. The strangest damned things seemed to crop up under full moons especially, like feeling broken-hearted for no reason whatsoever, getting into accidents, feeling slightly suicidal, or just plain freaked out. Was I just weird or what? This year I began to receive new insights and new data regarding the Moon, and it is a fascinating journey. My new view of the Moon within the astrological structure is that it represents strong emotions, control and survival issues, and irrational thoughts and actions. Here are some very interesting statements and factoids about the Moon that I was previously not aware of:
The list of anomalies is just beginning. In 1970 two members of the Soviet Academy of Sciences postulated that the only explanation for the existence of the Moon is that it was created as an artificial satellite by some alien intelligence and then placed there. No other theorem made any sense to them, based on mathematical and other astronomical measurements. See the full article here. Finally, one of the most intriguing bits is that the Moon may actually be hollow. When Apollo 12 landed on the Moon in 1969 it set up seismographs and then when they blasted off they intentionally let the Lunar module crash-land back on the Moon, an equivalent setting off a ton of TNT. The shockwaves built up for 10 minutes after impact, and NASA scientists said it sounded like someone had rung a bell. In 1970, a booster rocket from the aborted Apollo 13 mission also crashed on the Moon. The seismometers reported that the entire Moon again rang like a bell for 30 minutes and to a depth of 25 miles!! A Zulu shaman by the name of Credo Mutwa has on many occasions stated that the Moon was not always orbiting the Earth, and that it was placed there by an alien race bent on controlling humanity through magnetic interference of the Sun’s light and also by disruption of the weather and geology of the Earth. The Sun was the female deity, until the Moon arrived to spoil things, is the essence of what he said to David Icke in his book “Human Race Get Off Your Knees”. “The Moon, out of jealousy, is the bad sister to the Earth.”, says Credo. The Moon was also described in similar terms in the famous book “Earth – Pleiadian Keys to the Living Library” by Barbara Marciniak, published in 1994. Incidentally, the ancient Greeks describe a race that also remembered the Earth without a Moon, the Akkadians. Plato mentions them, as do other historian-philosophers from that period. Finally, the source that started me on this little quest of questioning the official story of the Moon is the book “Worldbridger” by Juliet and Jiva Carter, and the body of direct experiential work they’ve pioneered with coded ceremony and sacred geometry in The Template. What I am intending to do is to demystify the Moon, to encourage us to ask more questions and possibly discover where we may have habitually been repeating the bad habits of myth, superstition and tradition in viewing Earth’s satellite in the way we’ve been taught to do so. If we, as a race, have made choices to disempower ourselves in order to evolve and realize ourselves as emissaries of Light, then the Moon may archetypally represent the biggest piece of the puzzle of the human unconscious mind…when we fell asleep by the light of the slippery Moon. Through this we have forgotten that our true heritage is aligned with the life-creating, life-sustaining rays and codes from our Sun, and its true consort, our Earth, Gaia. Moreover, our Source resides among the stars, and it is in fields of stellar radiance that we also receive our spiritual nourishment. When the Moon passes in front of the Sun/Son of Spirit, or blocks the starlight, we are cut off temporarily from the Giver of Life. It is small wonder why the indigenous peoples were mistrustful of the Moon, as they saw that it represented shadow, not light. Who knows…what we may discover is a very critical key to solving the mystery of our past, which frees us for the future, and in the now. Recommendations for enhancing vibrational levels during eclipses and moon phases:
That’s all for this update…it’s my two cents for this 11:11. I choose to be the portal, rather than looking for one. Thanks for reading, and if you have any questions or comments, I do welcome them.
